The client requested a wedding ring to be designed that would fit her engagement ring.
The goldsmith designed the ring with the client until she was happy with the look of the ring. Once the design was agreed the goldsmith began the making process.
This particular design has been made using a traditional technique shown in the clip. This involves the goldsmith carving by hand a wax form of the ring which is then sent off for casting into metal.
You can see in the clip the traditional making process. The wax formed ring is now ready to sent off for casting.
