This item of unique jewellery was designed and made by hand by one of our very own goldsmiths.
The item of handmade jewellery was designed, at first, in the form of a series of rough hand sketches. Once the design started to take shape the jewellery maker drew out more precise versions.
The finished design was then carved into a rough outline of the ring by the jeweller carving by hand a wax form of the ring.
The wax carving has roughly the same shape and dimensions as the finished ring and is used to make a metal cast of the finished ring.
Once the metal cast has been made using the wax form of the ring the diamond stones were added, then the rest of the ring was finished by hand and polished to give it a beautiful finial look.
